Sweet potato fries for baby led weaning

Updated: Jul 10, 2024

This is such a simple baby led weaning recipe and can be adapted to include whichever spices and herbs you have in the cupboard. To incorporate sweet potato fries into a baby led weaning approach, they can make up part of a family meal and one or two be offered to your baby as an appropriate first food. They can also be convenient to offer your baby when you're out and about too.
